In my last post I did mention that I will be choosing a diet soon for my weight loss goal. It wasn’t hard actually.
See, I worked on it with my logic. The logic was that I need to consume less calorie for weight loss to take place. Therefore, it was obvious to go with a low calorie diet.
When I searched for low calorie diet I found Atkins and the HCG diet to be famous.
The Atkins caught my attention first. It was full of low carbs and had the best reviews online. I heard that some people who were treated for heart attack recovered greatly with the Atkins.
Now, I don’t have the Atkins, but I planned to follow it. But upon reading the HCG diet, I noticed that both were low carb and low-calorie diet. Literally, there was no difference between each of them.
However, there was the only thing of importance with the HCG diet.
It is said that you need to consume the HCG drop with the HCG diet to lose weight and keep it off.
I also found that when you consume the HCG drop along with low carb foods, your body gets into thinking that one should eat low calorie or low carb food always. Therefore people who are using the HCG diet are bound to eat low-calorie food even after stopping the diet.
This made me think that HCG Diet a step ahead of Atkins.
With Atkins, there is no such thing as HCG Drop or any other extra supplement to keep you eating low-calorie food like the HCG Diet.
So, with Atkins, you might cheat in the long run as you will crave for high-calorie foods like junk foods. your personal trainer might also not like the fact you have no energy.
In, the end here I am with my choice of Diet.
